Keesha Sharp

It is possible to see her in Tyler Perry's hit film, Why Did I Get Married. Perry, Janet Jackson and the film indie Frozen Peas are all starring in the film alongside her. Keesha was able to begin her career on stage after graduating from Cum Laude Conservatory with an B.F.A. Keesha was a part of an appearance in Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Keesha played a part in Abyssinia and Aida as well as Thunder Knockin' and Jitney. Other performances included Big Street, Suburb, The Producers and Joe Turner's Come and Gone. Keesha was even a part of the cast reading alongside August Wilson. As well as her performance on stage and the screen, Keesha directed episodes of "Lethal Weapon", "Are We There Yet" and the short films One Day, Lillian and Half Off.
